JKARE began with a goal to help cystic fibrosis patients. When the need for quality respiratory care became evident in the South Florida community, JKARE Miami began sponsoring events for and donating to organizations working to improve the lives of those living with various diseases and help those living with financial insecurity.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
JKARE Miami was founded by two parents determined to give their son, a cystic fibrosis survivor, the best respiratory care they could find. With a close and personal history of the disease, we have hosted, sponsored, and taken part in several fundraisers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation over the years.

On April 28, 2019, we teamed up with Great Strides to sponsor a walk in Coconut Grove, Florida for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

JKARE Miami has been a proud affiliate of United Community Options of South Florida, an organization that offers programs, supports, and services that are designed to meet the special needs of children and adults with a wide range of needs and abilities including physical, intellectual, and neurological disabilities, as well as developmental delays and developmental disabilities each and their families.
On February 6, 2020, Buen Provecho Miami! raised close to $85,000 for the incredible programs and service offered by. JKARE Miami was honored to be a sponsor of this event!
